Brief Introduction to Product
The LYJ-40 type oil filter is a new generation of oil purification equipment researched and developed by our company. The product not only can serve as equipment specially used for new oil filtration of a hydraulic system, but also can serve as equipment for filtering pollutants in a medium of hydraulic system at regular intervals. It can help users to treat the pollutants of hydraulic system better to effectively guarantee the cleanliness of oil liquid, so that the service life of a hydraulic component is prolonged, and the system can be guaranteed to operate normally.
The oil filter not only has the characteristics of reliable performance, compact structure, attractive appearance, simple and convenient use and maintenance and so forth, but also has the advantages of higher accuracy and low noise. At the oil suction port, a course filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of a main filter; according to different applications of customers, filter elements in a fine filter can be selected within the accuracies of 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 30μm, etc.; only the filter elements therein need to be replaced; and all the various indexes of the oil liquid are not influenced.

Use and Maintenance
Ensure whether supply voltage conforms to equipment operating requirements or not before switching on a power supply each time.
If abnormal vibration or noise is discovered after starting, please check whether the vacuum pressure indicator and the alarm apparatus for the system differential pressure have abnormal phenomena or not and whether various connecting pieces are loosened or not.
Check whether an electrical control switch and a cable are normal or not at fixed intervals.
Pay attention to observing the indicative numerical value of the alarm apparatus for the system differential pressure; when it is less than 0.35MPa, the granularity of polluted particulate matter of the system has exceeded standard, and please replace the filter element subjected to filtration.
