The function of the oil filter is to filter out the metal particles and impurities in the special oil of the air compressor, so that the oil entering the host is very clean to protect the safe operation of the host.

 

Replace the actual use time after the design life time. Oil filter designs are typically designed for a service life of 2,000 hours and must be replaced after expiration. If the air compressor is in a bad environment, the usage time should be shortened.

 

It is replaced immediately after the clogging alarm within the design life span. The oil filter clogging alarm setting value is usually 1.0-1.4 bar.

 

Insufficient oil return after clogging causes the exhaust gas temperature to be too high, shortening the service life of the oil and oil core.

 

After the blockage, the amount of oil returned is insufficient, and the host has insufficient lubrication, resulting in a serious shortening of the life of the main engine.

 

After the filter element is damaged, the unfiltered oil containing a large amount of metal particle impurities enters the main unit, causing damage to the main unit.
