Product Description

The oil-water separator of this series is a kind of fuel filters and mainly aims at removing moisture in fuel oil, so as to reduce faults of an oil nozzle and prolong the service life of an engine. The principle is mainly that the separator is mainly used for removing impurities and moisture by utilizing a gravity settling principle according to the density difference between water and fuel oil.

Technical Parameters

1.Rated pressure: 0.4MPa, and rated flow: 450L/h;

2. Assembly filter efficiency ŋ30μm: ≥98%;

3. Assembly water separation efficiency: ≥93%;

4. Work environment: -40℃ ~ +120°C.

5. Vibration and fatigue resistant property: the oil temperature is 60°C; for assembly pump oil, the pressure after pumping is 350KPa; the vibration frequency is 67Hz; the accelerated speed of vibration is 93.8g/s2; and the vibration is performed up and down for 100h. After the vibration, the product does not have an oil leaking phenomenon; the parts are not damaged; and the oil pump runs normally.

6. Control unit: the working voltage is 12V; the allowable maximum through-current is 6A; and the control time is within 180±5s.

7. Electric oil delivery pump life: the accumulated work time is ≥ 500h.
