Product Description

The filter is installed at the oil suction port of an oil pump and used for protecting the oil pump and other hydraulic components so as to avoid inhaling polluted impurities, control the pollution of the hydraulic system effectively and improve the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

The filter can be directly installed on the side edge, upper part or bottom of an oil tank; an oil absorption drum body is immersed below the liquid level in an oil tank; the filtration head of the filter is exposed outside the oil tank, and devices such as a self-sealing valve, a bypass valve and a filter element pollution blockage signal transmitter are arranged so that the oil liquid in the oil tank cannot flow out during replacing and cleaning the filter element; the product has the advantages of novel design, convenient installation, great oil passing capacity, small resistance, convenient cleaning or replacement of the filter element.

II. Performance and Characteristics

1. Convenient installation and connection and simplified system pipeline

The filter can be directly installed on the side edge, bottom or upper part of the oil tank; the filtration head of the filter is exposed outside the oil tank; the oil absorption drum body is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank; pipeline type or flange type connection is arranged at an oil outlet; the filter is internally provided with a self-sealing valve device to leave out other pipe fittings such as a stop valve in a pipeline, so that the pipeline is simplified, and the installation is convenient.

2. Arranging the self-sealing valve to enable the replacement or cleaning of the filter element or the maintenance of a system to be very convenient

When the filter element is replaced or cleaned or the system is maintained, only the end cap (cleaning cap) of the filter needs to be unscrewed; at the moment, the self-sealing valve will be automatically closed to isolate the oil circuit of the oil tank; the oil liquid in the oil tank cannot flow out outwards; therefore, the cleaning or replacement of the filter element or the maintenance of the system is very convenient; if the self-sealing valve is pushed open, it can also serve as the oil tank for discharging oil outwards.

3. Provided with a filter element pollution signal transmitter and an oil circuit bypass valve, and improving the reliability of the hydraulic system

When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the extent that the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the signal transmitter gives out a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned timely. If the engine cannot be immediately stopped at the moment or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil circuit bypass valve at the upper of the filter element will be automatically opened (the opening value is: 0.02MPa in vacuum) so as to prevent the oil pump from giving rise to an air absorbing fault. But at the moment, the engine should be stopped to replace or clean the filter element to keep the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
